Psychedelic Integration Work
Myszka is a Psychedelic Integration Therapist, listed on the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy.
As well as extensive experience working safely and therapeutically with plant medicines at Burning Man events in both Europe and South Africa, Myszka is currently studying further with Exeter University and their postgraduate certificate in Psychedelics: Mind, Medicine and Culture.
For clients looking for psychedelic integration therapy work, we offer a non-judgemental and genuinely safe space for you to work through your experience.
We often use ceremonial cacao as part of our own integration work, which is a beautiful plant medicine known for opening the heart. We source this ethically and it is organic raw cacao, which we serve with plant milk.
We do not currently supply psychedelics to clients in the UK, and will not do so until the law changes. The work offered is to integrate the experience and your daily life after your journey with plant medicines. We look forward to a time when we are able to offer the medicines themselves, but until that time we will remain strictly bound by the law.
Ways of Working:
Nature: sitting outside, walking in the local hills can be supportive to integration work
We find that being in nature in our six metre bell-tent provides a safe haven, with thick carpets, cushions and drapes to soften a separate sacred space for our work.
A cosy armchair with a wood fire can be gentle to watch.
A writing space to spread out large sheets of paper, to explore art, to share ideas and find links visually may be helpful in integration work.
Animals can be supportive to those who find soothing feelings in physical contact.
Empowering you to find your way through life’s challenges is one of the offerings at Foxes’ Retreat that brings joy to our team. Those challenges will be different for every one working with us at Foxes’ Retreat. They may be related to historic difficulties, to present issues, they may be connected with your working life, your health, or your personal life, or maybe something entirely different.
We are here to support you on your individual journey. We work with courage, honesty and authenticity, drawing on our own life experiences of plant medicines, and on safely guiding others through their journeys.
For neurodivergent clients (diagnosed or not), we offer compassion from our own lived experience. With that comes the affirmation that navigating a neurotypical world is both possible and can bring enrichment to both ourselves and others.
Our vision is to for Foxes’ Retreat to empower our clients to connect to themselves, and in turn be able to connect to others with compassion, in their communities through a culture of support and resilience as we move to thrive.
We are always better together.
“I feel as if our work together has involved unstitching my life with great care, to sew it together into something new. Something that I want to wear.”
(Therapy client, April 2024)
Myszka is also a registered Psychedelic Integration Therapist, listed with the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy
Myszka is a registered and insured Person-Centred counsellor, but has also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
We also offer the option of Therapeutic Writing for those clients who wish to use creativity to access their own processes.
These different modalities allow her to draw on a range of approaches for each client, as suits their needs and situation.
From Myszka,
"My overarching interest is in our processing of deeply held emotions. When we do this, we can allow ourselves to experience the present moment, rather than to be pulled this way or that by triggers from our past experiences.
Difficult things will have happened to each of us, and finding a way to work with ourselves is an attainable goal when done with compassion and support. The therapeutic relationship is where the work happens, that space between therapist and client held with trust and care.
I encourage each client to work at their own pace, to take control of the work with my support. The desired outcome is for each client to feel that they no longer need to see me regularly because they are thriving with their own rudder to guide them. This can take a few sessions or longer, depending on the individual and the work undertaken."
Therapy is individual, not off the peg…
Our service is confidential and sensitive at Foxes’ Retreat, to support you through life events or circumstances which you may be finding to be challenging. As individuals, we don’t always have a smooth path in life, and counselling can allow us to shift our thinking and find our way through challenging times with support along our route.
We work flexibly to suit individuals’ needs. Myszka has a particular interest in finding individual strategies for clients to better manage the ups and downs in life. Each one of us is different; there is no single one-size-fit-all answer for any of us, but we do work much better together than we do alone; we are all essentially social creatures by nature.
Myszka is happy to arrange a time to discuss the best approach for you to gain a healthier perspective and inner strength to live your life less stressfully.

Comments from Foxes’ Retreat therapy clients …
“I feel better, somehow lighter, I think. I haven’t been able to tell anyone else those things before. It feels easier now I have said them. I feel relieved to have said it out loud. Thank you.”
— Therapy Client, August 2023
“The session yesterday put me in a much better place mentally - I hadn't realised I had been holding on to so much stress and worry so being able to air it has left me feeling so much lighter. So I just wanted to express my gratitude! Thank you!
(I got out for a hike today!! My lungs are still a little lousy post-covid but we stomped out 4 miles or so and are very merry for it :D)
Warm regards and see you in a couple weeks!”
— Therapy Client, September 2023
“It’s so good to see you again. I hadn’t realised how helpful it is to be able to talk things through without burdening anyone at home, or worrying them.”
