Myszka founded Foxes' Retreat to support mental health through Psychotherapy and writing opportunities, both personal and creative.

Beechhart Hall: The Truth is Myszka's first historical novel, in a series of three. It has just been through final edit and will be published on 7th December 2024. She is also currently working on an otherworldly novel, The Tree Guardian.

Adam Fox is half of Foxes' Retreat, and a writer in his own right.

Adam has written and already published Vardo Witch and Vardo Path, from his ongoing Vardo Series, and has another creative non-ficton novel in the works; Flight of Gold.

Cait Moreton-Lisle's first book was published in 2024; Modern Quilting: From First Stitches to Finishing Touches.

As well as having written a book, Cait divides her time between her job at Oxford University Press and her own business, Cait Lisle Designs. As well as writing her book, Cait writes for quilting magazines and teaches classes at The Festival of Quilts, Stitch and Knit Show, and at other selected venues.

William , a local historian, has developed a wonderful website, drawing on meticulous local history research in the area of the Four Shires.

We are delighted to work with William as he develops more pieces for the website.

But, writing is not all that William does - talks and tours are further ways that he shares his passion for historical figures and events.

Bre is a senior lecturer at the University of Derby as well as co-directing their MSc Health Psychology Programme.
